Gökçe Türkoğlu graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2002 and completed her master's degree in Economic Law at Istanbul Bilgi University. After graduating from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2002, she completed her master's degree in Economic Law at Istanbul Bilgi University. Afterwards, she started to work at Gemicioğlu Law Office and worked as in-house legal consultant and legal unit manager in various sectors for nearly 20 years. After Gemicioğlu Law Firm, she first worked as a Legal Consultant at Turkcell İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. Afterwards, she worked as Senior Legal Advisor at CarrefourSA Sabancı Ticaret Merkezi A.Ş., Legal and Compliance Director at Marsh & McLennan Turkey Companies and Legal Director and Data Protection Officer (DPO) at Deloitte Turkey Companies. Her areas of expertise include regulatory, investor relations, corporate compliance, competition, commercial, labour, advertising, marketing and contract law. As an in-house lawyer, Türkoğlu served as the representative of ACC (Association of Corporate Counsel) in Turkey for 3 years. She also served as an instructor at the Ethics and Reputation Society (TEİD) Compliance Management Academy.

In addition to actively working in many national and international non-governmental organisations focused on law, Gökçe Türkoğlu is one of the three founding partners of AAT Partners.
