Kerem Seber is a graduate of Marmara University Faculty of Law and is registered with the Istanbul Bar Association. He obtained his master's degree in Commercial and Corporate Law from Queen Mary University of London. With over 15 years of experience working in prominent law firms in our nation, Kerem possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private enterprise investments, joint ventures, corporate and commercial law, general corporate consultancy, and arbitration. Additionally, Kerem has been actively involved in privatization, project financing, and large-scale construction projects, offering legal counsel to numerous domestic and foreign clients on both transactional and contentious matters.  

Seber provides legal consultancy services to its clients in Turkey and abroad in different fields such as international trade, tax, intellectual property rights, especially licensing, technology transfer, energy and natural resources. He provides legal consultancy to his clients in Turkey and abroad, especially in different areas such as licensing, international trade, tax, intellectual property rights, technology transfer, energy and natural resources. Seber, who has a deep knowledge of issues such as capital markets, competition and consumer law, is actively involved in many non-governmental organizations, in addition to his professional activities. Kerem Seber also continues to work as a volunteer in an association operating in the field of legal education in Turkey.
